Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lifecare Solutions Pty Ltd! We are committed to providing high-quality medical equipment supplies and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a purchase from our online store.

Returns

1. Eligibility:

  • Capital equipment (items with a serial number) carries a 6 month guarantee from date of sale. 
  • Medical equipment with no serial numbers that is faulty must be returned within 7 days of invoice(guarantee period). 
  • Cancelled orders or incorrect items ordered will attract 10% handling charge.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@lifecaresolutions.co.za

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received safely.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
